So close!!!!

Moving time!

I went to Maryland Wednesday afternoon and came back this morning. Well, we LEFT this morning. We got caught up traffic for two hours. Apparently some trucks had crashed and spilled their cargo on the road at 6 AM THAT MORNING and they were still cleaning it up by at least 12. Good god!!!!!!!!! It was horrible. But the worst part (or best part?) was that my car started to overheat while crawling and stopping and crawling and stopping. So we figured out that the fan belt is broken. It was also raining. A lot. So we just waited on the shoulder. We eventually decided to just try out luck but had to get back on the shoulder a bunch of times because it got way too hot. Eventually we drove and turned it off every chance we got to. It was quite nerve wracking. Thought about just calling AAA at some point but what were they going to do? So we just hoped until it started moving again. Moving made it fine, cooled it down, which is why I hadn't noticed this before. So who knows how long it's been broken. So maybe it's a good thing we found out. But I nearly blew my engine out figuring this out. So yeah. My car is a piece of shit. Sigh.

Now we're packing. Tomorrow too. Then Sunday is GRADUATION!!!!!! I'm actually not that excited. I really just want to get it over with. The quicker it's done and I'm back to packing and getting the frick out of here the better! Loading the Uhaul Monday and especially UNLOADING it and going up the stairs is going to SUCK HARDCORE. Ughhhh. Then in a month we get to do it all over again to a new place. Hopefully not with stairs.

I just want to GET OUT OF HERE!!!!!
