Aunt Flo

I'm not sure whether to start this post with "uuuggghhh" or "yay!" Aunt Flo has come to town! It hurts. But it's good because of my situation. The last one I had was December 17, so a little over 4 months.

I like to blog about it because it's my way of writing down when it happened and such to remember for later.

Now it just makes me wonder WHY this happens. I mean why did I get it now. Did my hormones feel like being normal for a day? Is it because I've been eating a lot lately and have gained a bit of weight and held on to it consistently? Hmmm???? My BMI at 100 pounds is definitely NOT underweight. 95 pounds is just above being underweight. So it's not like I'm unhealthy. I've been weighing it at 105 lately as my morning weight because I haven't been cooking good food as per usual because of the stress and no time and no schedule. So is it like the fat content or the nutrients in my body giving me what I need to produce the right hormones? Or is it totally random and just comes up whenever my thyroid and pitituary and all that feel like randomly working? Hm! I do not know.

It's good to have it though as far being healthy. You really only need it every 3-4 months anyway actually. So we'll see if I get one at the end of August!

Maybe I don't have PCOS after all and this is just the way my body works???? But what about the hair loss and everything? Bah.

It sure does hurt though :( :( Wah.

add 15 pounds and see if you get it every month. That will tell you if it is weight related.

now THAT's gonna happen isn't it?
